​MONDAY'S

    FIT & FLEX
    The Fitness & Flexibility class is specifically designed for athletes wanting to work on flexibility and strength training. This class will focus on conditioning of the core, legs, and arms. This class is for any students looking to improve their fitness and strength. Ages 6 Years and Older 1 Hour a Week $50 Per Month

    LEVEL 2 TUMBLING
    The Level 2 class is for athletes that have mastered level 1 tumbling, and can properly and safely demonstrate basic tumbling skills. They will begin to work on standing and running back handsprings, then work their way to standing and running series. This class will prepare them for Level 3 and 4 skills. Entry to this class is based on the discrimination of the instructor.                                    Ages 6-18 Years Old 1 Hour a Week $50 Per Month
  3. 4:00 & 5:00 & 6:00
    LEVEL 1 TUMBLING
    The level 1 class is for athletes who are learning the basics to tumbling. Students will be taught skills such as body control, forward rolls/ backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and front/back walkovers. This class will teach athletes to follow instructions while improving independence, building self-confidence, and developing motor skills.   Ages 6-18 Years Old 1 Hour a Week $50 Per Month

​TUESDAY'S

    LEVEL 2 TUMBLING
    The Level 2 class is for athletes that have mastered level 1 tumbling, and can properly and safely demonstrate basic tumbling skills. They will begin to work on standing and running back handsprings, then work their way to standing and running series. This class will prepare them for Level 3 and 4 skills. Entry to this class is based on the discrimination of the instructor.                                    Ages 6-18 Years Old 1 Hour a Week $50 Per Month

The athletes will begin skills that will help their bodies develop to become a strong tumbler. Ages 3-6 Years Old 1 Hour a Week $50 Per Month

    Intro to tumbling is a great way to learn a strong tumbling foundation. Participants will successfully master forward/backward rolls, cartwheel, and handstands. The athletes will begin skills that will help their bodies develop to become a strong tumbler. Ages 3-6 Years Old 1 Hour a Week $50 Per Month

    The Parent and Tot class is designed to encourage parent/child interaction in a gymnastics environment. Under the supervision of an instructor, parents will aid their child in activities that build coordination, develop motor skills, and encourage social interaction.     Ages 18 Month-3 years old 45 Minutes a Week $45 Per Month
